Note from the Webmaster:
For the residents of Putnam Valley who have asked where this information is coming from, it is gathered together from the many websites, facebook pages, bulletins, flyers, signs, posters, newsletters and e-mails of the various organizations and entities represented on the list of upcoming events.
As to who pushes buttons on a keyboard to bring it to you, my name is Michael S. Bennett; my family and I are residents of Putnam Valley.
I am associated with several organizations within our town that have expressed
frustration in trying to spread the word about their programs and activities.
Upon moving to Putnam Valley, my family also experienced difficulty
in getting information regarding where to go for the assistance
our town and county were providing during inclement weather,
power outages and hazardous conditions.
It is hoped that this information delivery system may assist both of those needs.
